There is an infringement when a violation of human rights or environmental concerns specified in the Act has occurred or is imminent in the supply chain of a German company. Please use the online form for your complaint.

Please note the following information before submitting a complaint:

Requirements for the content of your complaint

1. With your complaint, you must clearly name a company which, in your view, has caused an violation. In the case of foreign companies, this company must be a supplier of a German company.
2. You must describe the facts of the violation in a comprehensible and comprehensive manner.
3. You must be directly affected by the violation or at least by its effects.

You can only submit the complaint using the linked online form.

Procedure of the complaint process

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will examine it and use your comments to take further action, if necessary.

Because we thoroughly investigate every complaint, our examination is expected to take some time. Once our examination is complete, we will provide you with feedback. Please note that this is not possible for complaints submitted in anonymous form.
